Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Rules") apply to the use of the online gaming and sports betting platform operated by ck 666. By visiting the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all the terms of these rules.

ck 666 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and related services. Use of the platform is entirely voluntary and based on the member's own decision.

If any condition in these rules seems unclear, please contact our customer service team — support is available in Bengali 24/7 via live chat or email.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

To register with ck 666, you must provide a valid email address, mobile number, and accurate personal information. Each person may hold only one account. ck 666 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any balances if multiple accounts are created.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may cause account verification to fail and may result in suspension of service.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify customer service immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain limit, ck 666 may request identity verification via a national ID card or passport. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not successfully completed.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on ck 666 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If anyone under 21 opens an account or registers with a false age, their account will be cancelled and no balance will be refunded.

In addition, anyone for whom online gaming is prohibited under the laws of their place of residence is not eligible to use ck 666. The member is solely responsible for ensuring their own eligibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposit methods available on ck 666 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Members must use only payment accounts registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Validity

Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, ck 666 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and investigate the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; however, before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of 10 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳12,000 — must be placed. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.2 Other Promotions

ck 666 runs various promotions from time to time, including weekly reloads, slot festivals, Friday special offers, birthday rewards, and a friend referral programme. Each promotion has its own terms, with full details provided on the relevant offer page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, multiple members of the same household, or the same device will be considered abuse. If such an incident is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Fair Use Policy

Any activity that may disrupt the normal operation of the platform is prohibited. Prohibited activities include:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to strategically manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Identifying technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or misleading other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.

If such activity is proven, the member's account will be permanently closed.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on ck 666 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer sessions. The result of any settled round or bet cannot be changed unless a technical error is proven.

7.2 Technical Failure

If a bet remains incomplete due to server disconnection or a technical issue, ck 666 will void that bet and return the staked amount. This decision will be considered final.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled the relevant bet will be voided. Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

ck 666 believes that playing in a healthy and controlled manner provides the best experience. We therefore offer members several protective tools — setting daily or weekly deposit limits, taking a temporary break (cooling-off), and permanent voluntary self-exclusion.

Our Responsible Gaming Guide describes in detail how to use these features. If a member or their family is experiencing gambling-related problems, please contact our support team.

Please remember — all services on ck 666 are for persons aged 21 or above only.

9 Data Protection

How we collect, store, and use members' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. ck 666 uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep members' financial and personal information safe.

We do not sell members' information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for the purposes of a fraud investigation.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by ck 666

ck 666 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these rules.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may request this from the customer service team. The available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided all conditions are met.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, first contact ck 666's customer service team directly — support is available in Bengali 24/7 via live chat or email. After a complaint is submitted, the team will investigate as quickly as possible and work to provide a resolution.

For answers to common questions, you can visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page — it contains answers to many common questions about accounts, payments, bonuses, and games.

In the case of a formal dispute, the decision of ck 666 management will be considered final, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12 Limitation of Liability

ck 666 makes every effort to operate the platform as smoothly as possible. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to internet outages, server maintenance, or unavoidable technical issues. ck 666 does not accept liability for financial loss arising from such circumstances.

Full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from gaming rests with the member. ck 666 never guarantees specific winnings. All game outcomes are uncertain and the possibility of loss is always present.

If any provision of these rules becomes unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions will continue in full force.
